Terms of Service

What Zoucart is

Zoucart is order-management software and a public storefront for independent sellers. Zoucart is not a party to any sale - orders are agreed between a buyer and a seller directly, typically over WhatsApp, and Zoucart does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee delivery.

Seller accounts

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their store details, product listings, and order information, and for fulfilling orders they accept. Zoucart may place a seller account on hold, deactivate it, or flag listings that appear to violate these terms or applicable law.

Buyer accounts

Buyers use Zoucart to discover sellers, save favorites, and view order history. Buyers deal directly with sellers for payment, delivery, and returns - Zoucart is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers, or for a seller’s performance of an order.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Zoucart to list illegal goods, infringe on others’ intellectual property, or misrepresent your identity or a store’s ownership. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine order experience. Zoucart may hide or remove reviews that violate this or other platform policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zoucart after a change means you accept the updated terms.
